Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Milk (Sub Alternative if needed)
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 3/4 Cup Flour (Sub Alternative if needed)
  • 3 Medium Bananas
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 325F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan (I used butter spray)
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil, syrup, milk and vanilla. Mush bananas with a fork and stir in with the flour mixture ( If you want to add in chocolate chips or walnuts to your banana bread then add those as well!)
  • Pour the batter into greased pan, sprinkle with raw sugar and top with a few banana slices (optional) Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool for 15 minutes an enjoy!
