Pre-heat oven to 325F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan (I used butter spray)
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt
In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil, syrup, milk and vanilla. Mush bananas with a fork and stir in with the flour mixture ( If you want to add in chocolate chips or walnuts to your banana bread then add those as well!)
Pour the batter into greased pan, sprinkle with raw sugar and top with a few banana slices (optional) Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
