Greek Chicken Skewers
These Chicken Skewers are easy, effortless and delicious. I was able to grill them indoors, and topped with some Feta to taste.

- 1 Package Chicken Tenderlions
- 1/2 Lemon
- 28 g Feta Cheese
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Prep Chicken Tenderloins (I like to remove the tendon with a fork) and dash salt and pepper to taste (squeeze lemon on chicken-optional)
Chop peppers, zucchini and onion for skewers
Pre-heat Indoor Grill to 400 degrees and once heated add all vegetables and chicken Flip chicken and check until cooked through on both sides
Remove vegetables once grill marks are evident and then once cooked remove chicken
Cut chicken into squares and add each ingredient to skewer
Top with feta cheese and serve with a large salad or vegetable of choice for a healthy main.
