Greek Chicken Skewers

These Chicken Skewers are easy, effortless and delicious. I was able to grill them indoors, and topped with some Feta to taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Chicken Tenderlions
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 28 g Feta Cheese
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Prep Chicken Tenderloins (I like to remove the tendon with a fork) and dash salt and pepper to taste (squeeze lemon on chicken-optional)
  • Chop peppers, zucchini and onion for skewers
  • Pre-heat Indoor Grill to 400 degrees and once heated add all vegetables and chicken
  • Flip chicken and check until cooked through on both sides
  • Remove vegetables once grill marks are evident and then once cooked remove chicken
  • Cut chicken into squares and add each ingredient to skewer
  • Top with feta cheese and serve with a large salad or vegetable of choice for a healthy main.
