Ahh, I can’t believe it’s almost Valentine’s Day! I feel like yesterday it was Christmas. Ever since high school, I’ve never really enjoyed Valentine’s Day but before that? I loved it. The decorated shoeboxes in elementary school, the heart lollipops, and let’s not forget the secret roses sent from classmates. 

This year, like last year.. the only valentine I have in my life is Aspen. But I must give him some credit, he is the sweetest little boy and always leaves me notes Valentine’s Day or not. I’m not sure where he gets it from, but I’m soaking up each moment before he’s 13 and wants nothing to do with me! 

This Valentine’s Day falls on a Sunday, so I have a feeling we will probably go to the mall and the Cheesecake Factory which is one of Aspens favorites! He loves the kids Salmon with mashed potato and carrots. 

Anyway I wanted to share some goodies to lust over for the holiday! If you’re single this is a sign to treat yourself, and if your not single, how about dropping your boyfriend or significant other some (not so obvious) hints. 1. Pink Satin Pajamas– Short sleeved or long sleeved, I absolutely love a good pair of satin pajamas for every single season. These pajamas are luxurious and only $68!
2. Olaplex – I’m not being dramatic when I say this stuff saaaaved my hair. No really, my hair went through it all this summer and this really strengthened it. It may seem a little bit pricy for a small bottle, but if it saves your hair from breaking off then I’d say it’s worth the $28.
3. Long Lasting Roses – Of course roses are a classic on Valentines Day, but I love the clear acrylic box these come in. Added bonus? they’re a fraction of lafleurbouquets.
4. Saint Laurent Lipstick – Don’t walk, run! This lipstick is on sale for $22. I always wear a red lipstick on Valentine’s Day and happen to looove this starlight red color.
5. Dual Bath Fizz Set-How chic is this bath set? I love how beautiful the set is on the corner of a bath tub and that it allows you to customize your own blend of scents and usage!
6. Ugg Slippers– These UGG slippers are like walking on a cloud. If you don’t believe me you have to try them for yourself! They are so soft and definitely a staple in my closet.
7. Bala Bangles – Bala bangles are the crème de la crème of workout gear. If you love streaming online workouts as much as I do – these are worth the $49.
8. Chocolate Covered Strawberries– I’ve loved these ever since I was a child shopping at Roosevelt mall where the chocolate fountain was in the window of Godiva.
9. Pefume– Bonbon is one of my favorite perfumes. It’s absolutely one of my go-to’s along with angel.
10. Godiva Chocolate’s – Every girl deserves chocolate on Valentine’s Day. Even if you’re throwing them at the TV Elle woods style. Calories don’t count. Promise!
11. Silk eye mask– Last but not least one of my other favorite items, is a silk eye mask. Want to look pretty while you sleep in luxury? Me too!
