As I’ve been slacking on my “what I eat in a day” posts, I decided to share some of my favorite (easy peasy) F-Factor approved meals:
Chopped romaine, lettuce, tomato and shredded chicken drizzled with 2 tbsp light Bolthouse Farms chunky blue cheese dressing. You can also add spinach for extra greens and fiber!
Salmon Arugula salad. Be sure to load up on non-starchy veggies if you need more volume to feel full! (I’m one of those people)
F-Factor pancakes (which are a super versatile recipe) You can make them into muffins, popovers, donuts-whatever floats your boat. Word to the wise: If you’re making the pancakes I wouldn’t omit the coconut oil. I tried and they were quite flavorless.
I can eat this everyday and not get sick of it. Cauliflower rice, arugula, iceberg, red onion, tomato, tuna and avocado “rice bowl”. I squeeze with lemon and mix it with light Italian dressing.
This breakfast is my #1 favorite. Kid you not. Fiber cereal, Greek Yogurt and berries. It’s filling and totally satisfies my sweet tooth!
