I can’t believe its October 30th already. Halloween is around the corner and before I know it-it will be ski season! Aspen is starting to really enjoy the holidays more. Last year he hated wearing a costume and dressing up, where as this year? He doesn’t want to take the costume off.
Trick or treating in Manhattan is definitely tricky with an independent toddler. There is only so much googling one can do.
So what is going on in the city for Halloween? There is the village halloween parade that starts at 7pm. Attendance is expected to be around 2 million people and the parade runs up sixth avenue from Spring street to 16th. Apparently the west village is also a great place to go trick or treating. Where are the houses with the best candy?!
If you live near the Financial District they are also having an event from 11am-1pm. Activities include pumpkin decorating (limited to the first 200 children in costume), AmazeBooths, Mad Science experiments and more. Happy Halloween everyone!
