Finding good protein bars/powders when you suffer from digestive problems is hard. For years I have tried to find a protein powder that doesn’t leave me looking 9 months pregnant or having heartburn like I’m nine months pregnant (a lovely picture, I know I know..). Think mini muffins in protein format. Even better? They are bigger than the palm of my hand, and perfect to have with a cup of tea for an afternoon snack. My favorite flavor is chocolate chip which is 99 calories and 0 net carbs. I also recommend the banana nut which has real roasted walnuts on top! If you’re feeling adventurous I also recommend sprinkling swerve icing sugar on top.

4) Dymatize ISO100 – This is without fail the best protein powder I have EVER had, which is making a bold statement because I have tried a variety of protein powders throughout the years. Not only do they taste (and blend) amazing but they do not cause digestive discomfort (aka bloating or pain).
