At the end of every week I am going to start writing weekly recaps. I was inspired by Simply Taralynn another blogger that I have followed for years (since Tumblr) who writes these religiously. No matter how bold or boring a week may be, she sticks to it, and we all know how much I love consistency!
It’s been a wild few weeks between a sudden (rapid) amount of weight gain, bad skin, and sleepless nights. My mind just spins. I still haven’t dated in almost a year, and 2020 continues to get worse and worse. It also annoys me when people say
“only two months left of 2020” because lets be honest #1 who knows what 2021 has in store for us!? and #2 January 1st 2021 is not going to be much different from December 31st 2020. I’m also frustrated at the ludicrous amount of political posts all over social media. I know better than to talk politics on a pubic platform, but it’s giving me (even more..) anxiety and I keep googling who is winning/won the presidential election.
We had a wonderful halloween, between visiting the Halloween village at Millridge Inn, going to Pumpkin Blaze Long Island (see photos!), and two festive parties where Aspen dressed up as the Tinman from the Wizard of Oz and I was the Scarecrow. See costumes below! The year seems to be flying by and before we know it, it will be time to decorate for Christmas.
