One of my favorite (new things) to do is cook in the kitchen. I love to transform unhealthy recipes into healthy ones. I include Food that I feel more comfortable and confident eating. Which brings me to this post: The best pita pizza! Make sure you pin, save and share this one because it’s one to keep!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Jospehs flatbread
- 14g Feta cheese
- 14g Fat Free Kraft Mozzarella
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- Olive oil spray
HOW TO
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees and spray olive oil on Pita
- Place in oven for 5-7 minutes and once crispy take out of the oven
- Top with tomato sauce, feta and mozzarella and spritz with olive oil spray
- Place back into the oven for 4-5 minutes
- Cut into four squares and enjoy!
