Yesterday I made the most delicious Skinny Tuna Salad for lunch which I couldn’t wait to share. It was easy to throw together and a new house hold favorite. I used light 647 Bread and topped it with a tomato.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can tuna in water (drained)
- Chopped red onion
- chopped celery
- chopped carrot
- 1 tbsp light mayo
- Dash of red wine vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
HOW TO
- Slice and chop onion, celery and carrot together until minced
- Add tuna to dish
- Add in red wine vinegar, mayo, s&p
- Toast your favorite bread and top tuna mix
- Top with a big tomato
