This year aside, I’ve never been one of those “Pumpkin spice season” kinda gals. But now that Aspen’s in school-I decided to decorate our apartment appropriately.
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge decorator for Christmas. Expect tinsel, reefs (plural), potentially a Santa pillow placed on Aspens bed. The whole 9 yards. Halloween was just never that exciting for me. Ninth grade aside where I got to dress up as a bunny (like Elle Woods) without judgement.
Our apartment still (stiiiiilll) isn’t fully decorated. We’re on the lookout for some chic art and a dining room set. I’m very particular and we want something that we can have over the years. So with all this said and done, I decided to share some of our simple (but cute) decorations so far.
Some mason jars with pasta, candy corn and sliced almonds. The plant was a gift from Dan’s Mom and matched perfectly!
Sign was a random find from Target. They always have really festive decorations near the entrance.
