Once upon a time I was scrolling on Instagram (shocker I know) and came across a pancake bake. I thought it was genius, but was shocked when I saw the nutritional information. Incase you’re wondering where I’ve been…this week has been HUGE because I finally caved into something that I have wanted to do for a few years now: I enrolled in school to become a certified health coach. I am so excited to share this journey with you, and provide healthy recipes and coaching to my readers. Anyway, time to share my healthy pancake bake which is child-friendly, fool-proof and loaded with protein to start your day off on the right foot. Of course I also made a quick reel this morning which you can find here.
Also I’m quite proud of myself for learning how to create these recipe cards, if they are easier for you than putting into a blog post then please let me know. I’m always trying to find new ways to make things easier and better for my readers. and love any and all feedback that I can get!
