This Healthy Tuna Pasta Salad Recipe was delicious and nutritious. Plot twist-there’s no real pasta included. As I’m currently on a low carb diet, pasta isn’t an option. So I subbed Palmini Hearts of Palm Linguine and it totally hit the spot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can hearts of palm linguine
- 1 can tuna (in water)
- 2 cups Arugla
- Tomatoes
- Olive oil spray/balsamic vinegar to dress
HOW TO
- Place tuna, arugula, hearts of palm in bowl
- Slice Tomatoes and add
- Season with salt/pepper/balsamic/olive oil spray as needed
