Brown/Granulated sugar SWAP FOR Swerve sugar replacement
Flour SWAP FOR Almond Flour or 1/2 protein powder and 1/2 Almond flour
Ingredients for 12 Muffins 4 bananas1 large egg1 Tablespoon vanilla extract3 Tablespoons light brown sugar (You can use Swerve sugar replacement for alternative) 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (white or whole wheat)2 Tablespoons apple sauce
Instructions
1) Grease a standard muffin pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2) Mash Bananas in a bowl and add all of the other ingredients (we didn’t separate wet/dry and just added everything together #wingingit
3) Spoon the batter into prepared muffin pan and bake for 18-25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
