This simple grilled chicken salad recipe is one that you are going to want to save! Guilty confession? I had every intention on buying grilled chicken (hello, it’s way more convenient BUT I also have and indoor grill collecting dust as we speak..along with my air fryer and countless other kitchen appliances I’ve bought on a whim hoping to become the next Nigella Lawson.
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken Cutlets
- Olive oil spray
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Romaine
- Arugla
- Beets
- Goat Cheese
HOW TO
- Heat up indoor grill to 400 degrees and prepare the chicken by spraying with olive oil, and seasoning with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Once chicken is ready and grill heated, place chicken in grill and keep an eye on it. Flip half way once starting to cook and repeat twice
- Mix romaine/Arugla/Beets and goat cheese in a dish. I chopped mine.
- Remove chicken and let cool. Slice and place on top of salad and enjoy!
