Today was a late start despite waking up at 4.40AM. It’s raining out, my mood is ehh and motivation to workout? Forget about it. Maybe it was the rice pudding for dessert, but I woke up full and was really inclined to skip breakfast. BUT rules are rules and in place for a reason.
F-Factor Step 1 (Day 5)
Breakfast 10:40 AM
- 0% Fage Greek Yogurt
- 3/4th cup Fiber One Cereal
- 3/4th cup Blueberries
Thoughts: Ever eat a meal thats so delicious you never want it to end and go in for seconds? That used to be me ALL the time. This is one of my new favorite meals on F-Factor, but instead of going back for seconds or digging my hand into the cereal box, I’m going to go for a cup of tea instead.
Lunch 2:30 PM
- Green salad with tomato, red onion, avocado and tuna
- Tumeros wrap
- Seaweed & sliced carrots/cucumbers
Thoughts: This was late for me as I normally stick to lunch around 12/1pm. I should have stuck to either the seaweed OR the wrap (and not both) but I was certainly full after.
Snack 430PM
- F-Factor 20/20 Vanilla smoothie
- SF Jello
Dinner 6PM
- Cauliflower rice
- Egg white/spinach/mushroom omelette with 1 outer aisle cauliflower thin
Thoughts: Today was a strange day for me meal wise. I wasn’t sure what I was in the mood for so just created a random concoction!
Overall thoughts: I love how satisfied I feel on f-factor and finally think my sweet cravings are starting to dwindle! With that said I’ve certainly felt more tired than usual (not sure if there’s any relation or not)
