I can’t believe I’m almost at that two week mark! Moving to Step 2 seems a little bit daunting-but I have a few more days to worry about that! I’m really trying to stick to meal times, so decided to workout a little earlier today and eat breakfast by 930.
Breakfast 930am
- Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
- 3/4 cup Fiber One Cereal
- 3/4th cup Blueberries
Thoughts: Breakfast is becoming my favorite meal of the day! I’ve also been on an Almond Milk Craze, so paired breakfast with a glass of unsweetened almond milk.
Lunch 1230PM
- Green salad topped with tuna/avocado and 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Seaweed
Thoughts: Lunch was filling but ever since I baked F-Factor Muffins they’re all I keep thinking about! To top it all off, I then allowed Aspen his favorite Chocolate Chip muffins that I have stashed in my freezer. To avoid any temptation I had an early snack (smoothie) to hold me over until dinner.
Snack 2 PM
- F-Factor 20/20 Smoothie
- Shredded Iceberg salad with cauliflower rice, roasted broccoli/shaved Brussel sprouts topped with light jo’s ginger dressing (not pictured)
- 4oz of grilled Salmon on top of greens
Dinner 5PM
Thoughts: This was dinner for about 2 people eaten by one person (me) Overly full is an understatement!!
