You know when you wake up feeling sluggish and heavier from all the food you ate the night before? That was me this morning! Due to Easter, meal times were delayed and I held it all together until 6.40pm and I had access to our fridge (typical!). Heres a little summery on what I ate:
Breakfast (1030AM):
- 3 F-Factor Step 1 Muffins (These turned out moist and delicious!) I didn’t have to modify a single thing. Added bonus? These killed the temptation to eat one (or some) of my Hot Cross Buns!
- 5 Egg Whites
Lunch (245PM) :
- Green beans, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Brussel sprouts and a ridiculous amount of Chicken! ( Didn’t have access to a food scale-so enough said) Chicken wasn’t pictured as that got served at the dining table.
- Generous glass of Pinot Grigio
Snack (3:45PM) :
- Caramel Brownie Built Bar (the photo speaks for itself) I was around Chocolate all day and chicken/veggies just weren’t cutting it!
- 1 cup of Fage 0% with Fiber one cereal and blueberries
- SF jello with another cup of Fage Yogurt and another F-Factor Muffin!
Dinner (6-6:45PM because I went back for more and more):
As you can see – I fell off the bandwagon for dinner. I wasn’t even hungry but I wasn’t satisfied either and didn’t want to wait until breakfast to eat again (which is a poor mindset because in reality I should have “closed the kitchen” and had an earlier breakfast instead!).
Excited to get back on track today and share my usual F-Factor “What I eat in a day” later on!
