Ever since I was little, my Mum has gone above and beyond at making each and every birthday special for us. So I wasn’t surprised when she said she had booked a Bottomless Birthday Brunch at Coach Meeting House in Oyster Bay New York. The best part? It’s in a heated Igloo, with blankets, a TV, bluetooth speakers and tons (tons) of Champagne. Added bonus? Outside each Igloo you have your own firepit perfect for chilly nights.
This is my second time at Coach Meeting House and I have to say, both times I have been impressed by the ambiance and service. As soon as we arrived, there was a bucket full of Champagne, and shortly after a tray of French Toast, Bacon Egg & Cheese Sliders and Pancakes. Calories don’t count on your Birthday-right? You can also order additional items off the menu. One of my favorites is the Fresh Berry and Nut Salad topped with Grilled Chicken. The mix of sweet (cranberries) and savory (nuts) is just something that can’t be replicated. We all know how much I love my salads! The Igloo’s are limited and safely distanced, so both times I have felt extremely comfortable and safe dining there.
If Bottomless Brunch isn’t your thing then. They also have dinner reservations with ambient music on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays which you can book on Opentable. Now more than ever, it’s important to support small and local businesses, so it’s fair to say we will certainly be going back as soon as we can!
