Let’s catch up. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve put pen to paper or fingers to keyboard as I should say. As usual full of twists and turns after getting some more blood work done. I don’t feel ready to share about it all quite yet but rest assured that I will be sharing and documenting the entire journey (whatever that quite entails).
I can’t believe Aspens turning 11 in less than a month. It’s true that the years really fly by once you have a child. Instead of a signed Ronaldo jersey (still on his birthday list incase anyone wants to make his birthday wishes come true!) he’s decided to ask for a holiday this year (slightly more realistic?) so we will see where we end up.
Last month it was my goal to land 6 brand deals and I closed out the month with 7 which I’m extremely proud of. Stay tuned for some website changes and updates on how we can work together.
As for podcasts, (and you know this is one of my favorite topics to write about) nothing has really blown me away recently which is why I haven’t shared anything new on that front. Im hoping my writing spark picks back up (which it will as it has done so for 15+ years) but I’m really enjoying creating morning routine videos, try on hauls, and filming brand deals!
Now let’s talk about the Met Gala. Much like the Oscars, Academy Awards, and Golden Globes I was very much underwhelmed by the fashion choices. As I always like to remind you, I have no attention span so of course I didn’t watch any of these shows in real time. Instead I scrolled Instagram and Harpers Bazaar to get a glimpse of the dresses, pant suites and…top hats.
The only look I loved was Sofia Richie Grainge in custom Tommy Hilfiger. Of course she’s a style icon, and the silhouette of her dress was nothing short of stunning. I’m all about big bows, and the small details that make the biggest difference. I’ve attached a photo from Theo Wargo /Getty Images below that Harpers Bazaar shared.

Now of course I understand that no publicity is bad publicity as they say. But is it? Where is Joan Rivers when you need her.
Ever since I wrote my post on low histamine diets-i’ve been intrigued yet not quite desperate enough to give up some of my favorite fruit and vegetables such as: Tomatoes, Pineapple, and Avocados- more or less my entire diet these days. So we will see if I decide to dive into a low histamine or inflammatory diet later down the line.
That’s it for now. I’m so glad to be back writing in my happy corner of the internet! For more frequent updates be sure to follow my instagram, LTK, or sign up for my weekly newsletter The Friday Brief.
