Call me a big kid (I am) but my favorite Italian Ice at RALPH‘s is their gummy bear swirl. I haven’t had it in years but one day I was scrolling through instagram and saw a post of an early twenty something with vanilla bean ice cream topped with gummy bears. So off I went to Stop and Shop to look for something similar. I considered buying a pint of Vanilla Bean Halo Top and adding Gummy Bears, but I stopped in my tracks and thought that there must be a way to create a healthier alternative-and there was! I couldn’t be more excited to share this delicious gummy bear frozen yogurt recipe and I hope that you love it as much as I do!
All you need for this simple Gummy Bear Frozen Yogurt is THREE ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
- 170g Fage 0% Yogurt
- Truvia to sweeten ( I use two packets but you do you!)
- 5-10 Sugar Free Gummy Bears (I buy mine here)
HOW TO
- First measure out 170g Fage yogurt and mix the trivia in well
- Cut the gummy bears in half (trust me on this one!)
- Stir gummy bears into yogurt
- Once mixed well, place in freezer
- Freeze for 35-45 minutes until it’s a frozen yogurt consistency
- Enjoy and be sure to tag me on instagram and let me know what you think @britishnewyorker!
