What can’t cauliflower do? I know, I know you’ve heard that one before, but truly. It’s a substitute for just about anything and everything these days. Before you turn it down, I dare you to give this cauliflower rice smoothie a try. I’ll admit that the thought made my stomach turn, but trust me when I say you can’t even taste the cauliflower!
Recently adding protein powder to my drinks and/ or smoothies hasn’t been agreeing with me. Not so much my stomach, but more so my mind. I’m slowly but surely finding out that my body likes and craves clean and wholesome ingredients-which is why I was inspired to create a healthy smoothie without adding protein powder into it. It just makes me feel so much better mentally and physically knowing exactly what I’m drinking. So rather than adding synthetic powder into a drink, this smoothie only contains 3 simple ingredients (excluding ice, Truvia and vanilla extract but still! I dare you to read the back of your protein powder label and tell me with a straight face that you would rather consume that.)
Anyway: I truly hope you enjoy this strawberry cauliflower rice smoothie as much as I do. I have been asked about what blender I use, and I love the Vitamix.
